Enhancing residential development with handcrafted clay roof tiles
We were delighted to supply the roof tiles for Scott Residential, a property developer, for one of their stunning projects in Braintree – the tiles were delivered by Total Roofing Supplies. The collaboration aimed to increase the kerb appeal and durability of the residential properties through our Ashvale Tilehurst clay roof tiles.
Scott Residential were looking for a roofing solution that would not only ensure structural integrity also add charm to each house. The roofs were installed by the talented roofer Kevin Coleman and his team.
Samantha Bell, our Head of Sales & Marketing found a solution for Scott Residential who was struggling to find a suitable roof tile especially as it was during an industry wide shortage and they were keen to get one sorted quickly to ensure no delays to the development. Although they were originally looking for a machine made tile – Samantha was able to offer a similar handcrafted alternative that was within their budget and that would meet all of the modern regulations but also look the part.
