When the developer began planning the roof specification for this stunning development of four new-build homes in Essex, they wanted a product that would complement the surrounding landscape while giving the properties a sense of established character.
After careful consideration, they selected Lifestiles Ashvale Autumn Blend and Edilians Phalempin Val de Seine tiles. Their rich colours and varied textures complement the homes’ differing façade treatments beautifully, creating a natural, weathered appearance that adds depth and character to the architecture.
Matthew Betts, Development Manager at J&M Homes (South East) Limited, said: “We are extremely pleased with the finished result. The homes sit comfortably within their rural setting, and the choice of roof tiles has played an important role in achieving the timeless, established appearance we had envisaged.”
We recently revisited the site to capture drone footage of the completed homes, showcasing the finished roofs and how beautifully they complement the surrounding landscape.
