At Lifestiles, we are committed to building connections with our peers within the construction industry, providing opportunities for learning and development. Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of hosting an engaging Continuous Professional Development (CPD) session alongside our sister company, The Classic Brick Company. We welcomed staff from a range of practices, including staff from Donald Purkiss & Associates.
We use these sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the attendees, and tailor our approach to cater to their sector and experience. In our presentation, we provided architects with a deeper understanding of our production processes and discussed what technical properties set our products apart in construction projects. Quality is of the utmost importance to us at Lifestiles, so we also explored the importance of Lucideon testing and of our BQC accreditation.
We followed our session with coffee and lunch, which was a great opportunity to build relationships and connect with each other in a relaxed environment. The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting the practical takeaways they had learned and the prospect of using our ranges in projects they have in the pipeline.
Sandy Hodgkinson, Specification Manager at Lifestiles and The Classic Brick Company, commented, “Hosting this recent CPD was a fantastic opportunity to share our expertise and showcase our products – especially in the historic town of Saffron Walden, where our range of handmade bricks and tiles are a perfect fit.”
