Project Summary

Rudley and Rudley oaks were the idea of local developer John Lawrence of Maldon. Set to the back drop of the old aptly named “New Hall Vineyards” wine makers, these two new houses look stunning and are well worth their place in our Lifestiles showcase gallery.

The Lawrence and Dengie peninsula is a wonderful part of the country, and sat in the middle is a beautiful little village of Purleigh, that dates back to the Domesday survey of 1086, we find these houses.

John Lawrence carefully selected the Red blend at the design stage of the build and they really do finish the project to his exacting standards. Over 45k handmade red Lifestiles were used and the subtle shades of the traditional red colour leaves a great advert for the Lifestiles showcase.

John was that impressed that he ended up only selling one house and made Rudley Oaks his families new home!
